Depending on the client and product we can select one, two or all three variables and “INNOVATE” them in relation to the internal company knowledge and the external market level and standards.

Technology is relative, if you are a factory it can mean a new machine, or if you are INTEL it can mean a new nano-technology based circuit design. In both cases, it requires new knowledge and new insights. Often clients challenge the organization by demanding too much technology and struggle during the development process. Other organisations have no technology at all, but they struggle later to survive because they cannot compete with others who have gradually invested in Technology and knowledge.
