As the Founder & Chairman of Orange Branding, Mr. Jorg van den Hoven has over 20 years of experience in branding, business strategy & innovation and design, as well as an exceptional sense in entrepreneurship, investment strategies and diplomacy.
In 1999, Mr. Jorg van den Hoven established his first design team that later expanded into the current Orange Branding firm. In 2005 he started the Guangzhou office in China, up until this day the focus lies in creating brands between Europe and China. With over 12 years experience in China, Jorg and his team developed successful and award winning cases. He wrote a book with the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Dutch Design Association on how to select design agencies for Chinese companies. Additionally, Jorg is advisor and consultant in China for Dasym Investment Strategies, a famous family investment boutique holding assets above 1 Billion Euro. In China knows for the “Voice of China”, Jorg develops new investment opportunities in Media, Technology and Sports.
He is national of The Netherlands, holds degrees in Industrial design (BSc) and innovation
management (MSc) from the Delft University of Technology in The Netherlands, followed a MBA at Sun Yat-Sen University / MIT Sloan, and holds certificates in Investment management of the University of Geneva.
